Hotel is very centrally located with many attractions nearby. The staff are exceptionally helpful and courteous. Good breakfast and comfortable stay. Housekeeping services are also very good. Room cleaning was done every day. We also took organized tour services from hotel which was also very nicely organised. I will definitely come back again.

the hotel is located in the heart of the Istanbul. nobody believed me about the prices, when I told about the location. most of the attractions are in a walkable distance. there was 5 min walk to tram stop, from where, you could either travel to destination or change into metro for example. sultanahmet square (aya sofia, blue mosque, egyptian bazaar, cistern basicila, topkapi) within the 10 minutes of walking. grand bazaar, suleyman mosque also in walkable distance. we took transport to Dolmabahce, taksim and balat district , but walked to galata tower, spice market, galata bridge. the staff is super helpful, speaks good English, very attentive. breakfast was good, turkish style, very good view on the boats from the breakfast room. quite nice restaurants nearby for eating.

I stayed at this hotel in Istanbul for 5 days, and everything was perfect! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was very convenient, making it easy to reach the city's main attractions. One of the highlights of my stay was the stunning sea view from restaurant – it was breathtaking and added so much to the experience. The breakfast was also impressive, with a rich variety of dishes and everything tasting delicious. Overall, my stay at this hotel was amazing, and I highly recommend it to everyone. Great location and lovely staff. Very close to all the main sites, T1 tram stop. two supermarkets and many restaurants. Breakfast is buffet style with many different types of local Turkish foods and items Brits will recognise too (cornflakes, scrambled eggs, cheeses etc). Food is delicious. Plentiful hot water with good pressure. Towels changed daily and good selection of toiletries (including conditioner). Hairdryer. Safe. Mini fridge. Lift.

Staff: friendly, attentive people; the front desk (Atilla, Adem) would help with your requests; Aysun & Tamam in restaurant would let you feed the seagulls at breakfast. Location: very convenient; just on walking distance to all important historical places; additionally you have a tram stop (Cemberlitash) in 2-3 minute walk from hotel; also if you want to do some shopping you may take a tram to Laleli, or walk 15-20 minutes
